You can find your corporate key in a couple of ways –

• Your corporate key will be sent to you when your company is first established.  A letter is sent to your registered office from ASIC within 2 days of your company registration.
• It can also be found on the top right corner of your most recent annual statement.

If you can’t find your corporate key, you can apply online with ASIC for anew one, which will be mailed to your registered office address.  You can request this online here – https://www.edge.asic.gov.au/cgi-bin/Lodgement/RC98V001/start/FormSetup.  Only a company officeholder, registered agent, liquidator or external administrator can request a new corporate key.
