When you appoint Wingr as your Registered Agent, it allows us to act on your behalf with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (or ASIC). Once appointed, we become the first point of contact with ASIC for anything to do with your company and can view information about your company and update details as needed.

You don’t need to have a registered agent – an officeholder can register to access details by logging into the ASIC officeholder portal.
