If you need to update your company’s details (e.g. your officeholder details), you can use ASIC’s online services. If you haven’t already got access to ASIC Online Services as an officeholder, you can register online.

To log into ASIC Officeholder Portal –

You can login via this link – https://www.edge.asic.gov.au/004/compportal/get/ServicesLogin.  You will need:

• your ACN,
• your username, and
• your password

To register for online access

You can register for access if you are an officeholder (director or secretary)  using this link – https://www.edge.asic.gov.au/cgi-bin/Lodgement/RC99V004/start/ApplicationLogin.  To setup access, you will need:

• your company’s corporate key*
• your ACN
• your details (as they appear on the company establishment documents)

* your corporate key can be found on the top right corner of your most recent annual statement.  You also receive a copy of the corporate key when you first establish your company, but if you can’t find it, you can also request another copy online.
