Complete the following checklist to help us understand what needs to be included in your tax return for the 2023/2024 financial year.

HINT: You cannot save this form and come back to it. We would recommend you have a look through the questions before starting to make sure you have all the required information ready to go.

Also, if you don’t receive a confirmation message after submitting the form, don’t stress.  Some browsers will block the confirmation pop-up (very annoying!) but if a blank form pops up on your screen after you submit then this also indicates that your form has been submitted and received at our end.
